Terms of Use

Welcome to Guroute. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Guroute mobile application ("App") operated by Haluk Kaan Besen ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

The App supports Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In as authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple or Google account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Description of Services

Guroute provides the following services:

• AI-powered travel itinerary generation based on your preferences
• Destination exploration with trending data and categories
• AI-powered destination discovery chat
• Weather information for planned travel dates
• Digital passport with collectible stamps
• Photo and video travel albums, including group albums
• Boarding pass (.pkpass) import and display

4. Tokens and In-App Purchases

The App uses a token-based system for AI trip generation:

• New users receive 12 welcome tokens upon registration and 4 free tokens per month. Monthly free tokens do not roll over; any unused free tokens from the previous month expire when the monthly renewal occurs.
• Each AI trip generation consumes tokens based on the length of the trip (number of nights × 2). Revising a generated trip is free.
