How do tokens work?

Each AI trip generation costs tokens based on the length of your trip: number of nights × 2 (for example, a 3-night trip costs 6 tokens). You start with 12 free welcome tokens and receive 4 free tokens every month (monthly free tokens don't roll over to the next month). Revising a generated trip is free, and purchased tokens never expire. You can purchase additional token packs (20, 50, or 120 tokens) anytime.

What does Premium include?

Premium subscribers receive 50 tokens per month, custom stamp photos, unlimited albums, group album sharing, and exclusive premium stamps. Monthly tokens do not roll over to the next month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Guroute Premium → Cancel Subscription.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete Account. All your data (trips, albums, stamps, tokens) will be permanently removed.

How do I import a boarding pass?

On the Trips tab, tap the pass icon in the top-right corner and select a .pkpass file from your Files app or email.

How do I create a group album?

Premium feature. Go to Albums → Create Album → enable Group → share the invite code with friends.

The AI trip generation failed. What should I do?

Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, your tokens will not be consumed. Contact us if the issue continues.

How do I change the app language?

Settings → Language → choose from 6 languages: Turkish, English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French.
